To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

• Karoo Green, its owners, practitioners, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of cannabis-based products
• All treatment decisions are made between the patient and the prescribing healthcare professional
• No guarantees are made regarding efficacy, outcomes, or suitability of treatment

9. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

Karoo Green is committed to protecting your personal and health information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

By using this platform, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your personal and medical information for medical assessment, regulatory compliance, and service delivery
• The sharing of relevant information with licensed healthcare practitioners, pharmacies, and regulatory authorities (including SAHPRA) where required
